I was introduced to Landon when I was selling my first home in Houston. My closing date was postponed due to the Feb 2021 freeze when a pipe burst in the kitchen. Landon met us personally at the house, assessed the damages, and his crew completely gutted and repaired the kitchen in 10 days. The quality of the work was not sacrificed in the least for the quick turnaround. The buyer was extremely satisfied with the outcome and closing commenced without any issues.
